Products: we sell embroidered headwear made to order. We display colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variation between the embroidered product and on-screen images is normal.

Orders: we may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Payment: payment is processed securely at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & returns: governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.

Custom thread caps: caps designed in the Thread Studio with your own thread colors are made only for you and are final sale, except for defects and our errors, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Intellectual property: all designs, characters, marks, artwork, and content on this site are the property of Of Two LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability: our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Of Two LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or site.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
