Shipping & returns
How long until my cap ships?
Every cap is made to order in our Austin studio. Allow 3–5 business days to embroider and pack it, then USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 2–5 business days. You get tracking by email.
What does shipping cost?
$8 standard. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more, and you get $6 off automatically when you buy two or more caps, so two $38 caps come to $70 and ship free. Express is $15. We ship within the United States only.
Can I return it?
30-day money-back guarantee. Send back an unworn, unwashed cap within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your card — or swap it, or take store credit. Email hello@oftwo.co with your order number to start. Caps made in the Thread Studio with your own thread colors are final sale; defects and our mistakes are always covered.
What if something is wrong with it?
If it arrives defective or we sent the wrong cap, tell us within 30 days. We replace it or refund it in full, and we cover the return shipping.
Are the thread colors on screen exact?
Close, not exact. Thread on fabric reads a little darker and glossier than a screen, and neon threads cannot be shown on a monitor at all.
