Shipping Policy

We make every cap to order in our own Austin, Texas studio, so please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be embroidered and prepared before it ships.

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on USPS and your location.

If your tracking hasn't updated or your package appears lost, contact us at hello@oftwo.co and we'll help track it down.
